We will advertise our Community Yard Sale to be held on Saturday, September 12, from 9 - 12. (No rain date) To encourage social distancing, we ask that you set up in front of your own house - NOT bring your table to the Clubhouse Area. Wear masks, keep 6’ distance...you know the routine!

Dorothy and her crew will man the Community Table, of items that have already been donated to benefit the Activities Committee, and we will have folks at the entrance to the community to remind visitors about wearing masks, etc.

Please let Dorothy know if you plan to have a table at your house ASAP, as we thought it might be helpful to give visitors a map indicating where residents are holding yard sales at their homes.

In conjunction with the Yard Sale, ELS will provide the community with a dumpster for community use. PLEASE BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR AND ADHERE TO THE RULES ON WHAT IS  AND IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE DUMPSTER. IT WILL BE POSTED ON DUMPSTER. ONCE DUMPSTER IS FULL DO NOT PLACE ITEMS OUTSIDE OF DUMPSTER.  ELS WILL STOP PROVIDING THE DUMPSTER IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED AND THIS WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD.
