Current Plan Year - July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023
Newly joining HOA members for 2022-2023 will be charged the Yearly Membership of $35 per household
The HOA fees are placed in a General Fund and support community activities, operation and business expenses such as this website, accounting and insurance fees, advertising, sunshine and welcome committee efforts and supplies. The remaining funds are to be used if legal representation is required by the community in the future. This $35.00 fee goes a long way to make this a better and stronger community. The strength of this community is determined by the residents who choose to participate.
HOA Dues
Home Owners Association Membership is an annual membership of $35 per household. The membership year is July 1 – June 30. Please download and complete the form and provide it along with your payment to:
